Nail Growth Soak

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Flax seed oil.
- 5 drops Myrrh EO.
- 5 drops Sandalwood EO.
- enough water to fill small soaking bowl for hands.
Recipe:
Add ingredients to warm water. Soak hands 10 minutes. Rinse after.

Ginger , you don't know what can it do for you.

Another common kitchen ingredient that can give a boost to your metabolism is ginger. It has thermogenic qualities, which means its intake can slightly increase body temperature. This rise in body temperature is linked to a higher metabolic rate.
Being a vasodilator, ginger helps increase the diameter of small arteries and improve blood circulation. Increased blood flow and circulation is known to cause an increase in body temperature, which in turn promotes metabolism and helps your body burn more calories.
Plus, ginger helps increase the feeling of satisfaction so that you eat less and burn calories faster.
A 2009 study published in Life Sciences found that ginger may have beneficial effects on fat metabolism and may help decrease the amount of visceral fat. Regular ginger intake can even limit the potential adverse effects of a diet high in cholesterol.
A 2012 study published in Metabolism shows enhanced thermogenesis and reduced feelings of hunger with ginger consumption, thus suggesting a potential role of ginger in weight management. Additional studies are necessary to confirm these findings.

Perfect mask for your face

Banana, Honey and Lemon Juice Pack
Take one banana and mash it up. Place this mixture in a bowl and add one tablespoon of honey. Mix it well and add one tablespoon of lime juice. Mix this paste thoroughly till all the ingredients come together. Apply this banana pack on your face and neck. Leave it to dry. Wash your face and neck with hot water after fifteen minutes. This face pack helps in reducing excess oiliness of skin and works as good as any suntan removal cream in lightening sunta

TEA TREE AND MINT FOOT SCRUB

Ingredients:
- Carrier oil (I used Organic Apricot oil, something that doesn't have a strong scent would be best).
- Sea salt.
- Organic tea tree essential oil.
- Organic peppermint essential oil.
Recipe:
- Sterilize your jar by boiling for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Let it cool off.
- Fill the jar with sea salt about 3/4 full.
- Add the carrier oil so that it completely covers the salt.
- Add 6 drops of each essential oil.

Easy Eye Makeup Remver

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces witch hazel.
- 2 ounces olive oil.
Recipe:
- Mix ingredients in a clean container.

- Shake container and pour a little on a reusable soft cloth or cotton ball. Wipe across your eyes and follow with the dry side of your cloth/cotton ball.

Cocoa Butter For Stretch Marks:


Cocoa butter is quite effective for stretch marks. It will hydrate your skin and make it smoother. It penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin and replenishes and repairs damaged cells.

You can also apply just cocoa butter on the affected area twice a day. After a couple of months, the stretch marks will vanish.

You Will Need

1/2 cup cocoa butter
1 tablespoon wheat germ oil
2 teaspoons beeswax
1 tablespoon apricot oil
1 tablespoon vitamin E oil
1 tablespoon kernel oil
What You Have To Do

Prepare a mixture of all the ingredients and heat it till the beeswax has melted completely.
Store this mixture in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
Apply the mixture on the stretch marks and massage for a few minutes till it is well absorbed by the skin.
How Often You Need To Do This

Apply this twice or thrice a day.

How you can get a perfect face?!


First Tip is almond oil : 
Ingredients:

Recipe:
- Before going to bed, apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage it into the skin. - Leave it on overnight. - The next morning, wash it off with cold water. -Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear.  

Second tip is tomatoes :
Ingredients:

- Take equal quantities (one teaspoon) of both tomato juice lemon juice. - Stir it well and take a cotton ball or use your finger tips. - Apply this juice on the dark circles in a gentle manner. - Let it sit for 10 minutes and wash it gently with normal water.

Third  tip is milk :

- Soak cotton balls in cold milk that has been in the refrigerator for at least one hour. - Place the cotton balls under your eyes and hold them there until they become warm. - Follow this remedy three or four times daily for a few weeks.



Three Recipes for eyes bags and puffiness

1-Cool cucumber

Use cool cucumber for extra puffy eye relief. Place a cool slice on each eye and take a rest for 30 minutes. Afterward you’ll feel nice and refreshed.
2-Raw potato slices

Try using sliced potatoes in place of cucumbers. They stay cool longer and contain an astringent that helps remove the water from under the eyes. You can also make a finely ground potato poultice by grating raw potato and placing it in a few layers of cheesecloth. Lay over the eyes and reap the benefits.
3- Witch hazel

Apply a bit to a cotton pad or ball and let sit on closed eyes for 5 minutes for an instant refresh.

Hair Serum Treatment

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. pure, organic Argan oil.
- 10 drops of Ylang Ylang oil.
- 5 drops of Geranium oil.
- 5 drops of Cedarwood oil (optional).
Recipe:
- Add Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Cedarwood oils to a bottle of Argan oil. Store in a cool, dry spot.
- Use 1-2 pumps on the ends of dry or wet hair (I prefer wet hair and I either air dry or blow dry), or as needed.

Apples and your weight

While an apple a day is healthy in many ways, it can even give a boost to your metabolism and help you lose weight.

Moisturizing body wash

Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup liquid castile soap.
- ¼ cup raw, unfiltered honey.
- 2 teaspoons oil grapeseed, jojoba, sweet almond, sesame, or olive.
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil.
- 50–60 drops essential oils.
Recipe:
Measure out all ingredients and combine in a bottle with a squirt top, shaking to mix. Shake gently before each use. To use, squirt onto a washcloth, bath pouf, or directly onto body.
