Full face clean up at home

Beautiful skin is really hard to maintain especially with with the extra effort you need to put in. No one has the time to visit the salon and pamper your skin, right? What the majority don't realise is that all skin types need a regular face clean up to stay healthy. This simple routine requires a little bit of time to perform but will definitely bring your skin health to a new level!
  • Cleansing: Wash your face thoroughly with  face wash, and pat the skin dry with a soft towel. Use cold water, and you can always use some cleansing milk on a cotton pad and wipe your face with it in order to unclog your pores and remove any leftover dirt
  • Scrubbing: apply a face scrub for a few minutes since it helps eliminate dead skin cells. You can apply a mix of sugar and honey in equal parts to exfoliate your skin naturally. Scrub your face for 5 minutes, and then leave it on for another 3 minutes or so, before you wash it off.
  • Face Pack: A moisturising face pack is a must, It makes your skin soft and also improves your skin tone. If you have normal to dry skin and wish to go au naturel, mix sandalwood powder with rosewater and apply the paste on your face till it dries up.
  • Toning: Apply a home-made toner on your face, such as cucumber juice and rose water, which helps maintain the pH balance.
  • Moisturisation: Finally, apply a nourishing cream on your face and neck. Don't forget to moisturise your face before going to bed. For dry skin, use milder cleansers that are free from alcohol.
